AgenturyAI — AI-Powered Job Search Assistant
Welcome to AgenturyAI ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the AgenturyAI mobile app (the "App") sends, where it goes, and what we do — and don't — keep. We deliberately collect as little as possible.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App has no account system. We do not ask for and do not collect:
You can use the App immediately after installing it and accepting the on-device privacy notice (see Section 6).
When you use an AI feature (chat, resume tailoring, cover letter, interview prep, job matching, etc.), the App sends the relevant text — your prompt, the system prompt for that feature, and any prior messages in the same conversation — to our backend. This is the minimum needed for the AI to produce a response. The App does not send anything to the AI when you are simply browsing the app or editing a saved resume.
On first launch, the App generates a random UUID and stores it on the device (in UserDefaults, key agentury_device_id). This UUID is sent to our backend with every AI request and is used solely to enforce the daily rate limit. It is not tied to your name, email, Apple ID, IP address, or any other identifier we hold.
The App reads Locale.current.region (for example, "US" or "CN") from your device and sends it with each AI request so the backend can pick the correct regional AI model. We do not collect a precise location or GPS coordinates.
If you subscribe to Agentury Pro, the App sends a boolean (isPro) with each AI request so the backend applies the higher daily limit. Apple processes the actual subscription transaction; we do not see your payment details.
AI requests from the App go to a Cloudflare Worker that we operate at:

The Worker:
Cloudflare may, like any internet host, retain transient connection metadata (IP address, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention; their handling is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Based on the region your device reports, the Worker forwards your prompt to one of two third-party AI providers using a server-side API key that we hold (the App itself never has the key):
The provider receives the prompt content but does not receive your device UUID, your Apple ID, or any other identifier from us. Providers may retain prompts for their own abuse-prevention or model-improvement purposes per their respective policies. Please review their terms before sending sensitive personal information through the App.
Subscription payments are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not see or store your payment information (credit card numbers, bank details, billing address). Payment processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The following data lives on your device and is not sent to our servers:
Documents/conversations/. We never receive or store it.UserDefaults on the device.Deleting the App from your device removes all of this data.
On the first launch of the App, we show you a full-screen privacy notice that summarizes — in plain language — what is sent and where (the same facts described in Sections 3 and 4). You must tap I Agree before any AI feature can be used. The same notice is reachable read-only at any time from Settings → "How your data is handled".
There is no server-side account to delete because there is no server-side account.
No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because we do not hold a personal account or message history for you, requests for access, correction, portability, or deletion of server-side personal data are typically not applicable — there is nothing on our backend to retrieve. To exercise rights against an upstream AI provider, please contact that provider directly using the policies linked in Section 4.2.
If you are located in the EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing prompts you submit is your consent (given at first launch and renewable by uninstalling and reinstalling the App).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly direct any service to, or collect personal information from, children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps appropriate to the situation.
Cloudflare's edge network and the upstream AI providers operate globally; your prompts may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by re-prompting for consent in the App.

由于我们不为您保留个人账户或消息历史，因此通常无法对服务端个人数据执行访问、更正、可携带或删除请求——我们的后端没有可供检索的内容。如需对上游 AI 服务商行使权利，请按第 4.2 节链接的政策直接联系该服务商。
如果您位于欧洲经济区，您依据《通用数据保护条例》享有相应权利，包括向当地数据保护机构投诉的权利。我们处理您所提交提示词的法律依据是您的同意（在首次启动时给出，可通过卸载并重新安装应用予以撤回）。
如果您是加利福尼亚州居民，您有权了解被收集的个人信息、请求删除、并不因行使隐私权而受到歧视。我们不出售个人信息。
