1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AgenturyAI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

AgenturyAI is an AI-powered job search assistant designed for overseas job seekers. The App provides:

• AI-driven job search assistance and career guidance
• Interview practice with voice-based feedback
• Resume analysis and optimization suggestions
• Personalized job recommendations

The App is a tool to assist your job search — it does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. No Account Required

The App has no account system. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or supply an email address, password, or AI provider API key in order to use any feature. You can install the App and start using it immediately after accepting the on-device privacy notice. Because there is no account, there is no shared credential to keep secure or to share with others.

The AI itself is built into the App via our managed backend; you never need to bring your own API key.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Plans

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Pro Monthly: Billed monthly
• Pro Yearly: Billed annually

A free tier with a daily request limit is also available.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• Prices are subject to change. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

4.3 Cancellation

• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks, or attempt to overload or evade our daily rate limits
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access Pro features without payment
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

6. AI Disclaimer

Important: The AI-generated content in this App is provided for informational and practice purposes only. It does NOT constitute:

• Professional career advice or counseling
• Legal advice regarding employment or immigration
• A guarantee of job placement or interview success
• A substitute for professional human judgment

AI responses may contain inaccuracies or errors. You should independently verify any important information and use your own judgment when making career decisions. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (resumes, preferences, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. As described in our Privacy Policy, prompts you submit are forwarded to a third-party AI provider for that single request and are not stored on our backend.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI (suggestions, feedback, practice responses) is provided for your personal use. You may use AI-generated content for your job search activities but may not redistribute it commercially.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any employment decisions, job applications, or career outcomes resulting from use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgenturyAI, its developer, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App's backend services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice — for example, if we detect abuse of the daily rate limit or violations of Section 5. Because the App has no account system, there is no account data for us to delete on the server side; data stored on your device remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where the developer resides.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
